Frequently Asked Questions

Q:    Is PCE Publishing a vanity publisher?
A:    PCE Publishing is not a vanity publisher. There is never a charge to have PCE publish your book electronically on the internet. Should the author desire printed books where the volume in the electronic version is too low for PCE to justify publishing it in paper, the author may cooperate with PCE if they desire PCE to publish the book in paper.

Q:    How are Authors paid their royalty payments?
A:    Once a month, on the first of the month, PCE will issue a check to every author that has earned a minimum of $100 or more during that month.

Q:    Will PCE publish a book in paper format alone?
A:    No. PCE has a policy to publish electronically on the internet before undertaking the expensive path of publishing on paper. All internet marketed electronic books are evaluated each month for possible paper publishing. Books that have sufficient volume for paper publishing may be published if the publisher and author are in agreement that they should be published in paper.
